PP/PVC萃取槽一般使用要在室内，恒温在20℃～50℃之间，收缩膨胀系数大，要连续使用，注意不能用用停停，这样容易产生断裂现象。平时使用时，保持清洁美观。需要改动时，抽空局部料液，洗净擦干，局部改动焊接。如发现串级渗漏现象需要修补时，要停车、抽液、洗净，然后再焊接补漏，试水不漏后再恢复使用。
